I am around for coaching during January and the Junior Term coaching kicks off on the 30th Jan 2018. Senior Interclub will be starting on the week of the 23rd Jan, with Junior Interclub starting around the first week of the school term.
TRIBE FIT SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
To become an all round coach I am passionate about keeping people playing sport and part of that is being fit and strong to handle the impact of the sport we love. I am now a certified Tribe Coach @ Wairua Body Coaching Systems. Tribe team training is based around small group fitness training and is loads of fun.

Hotshots Community Play Sessions – This is not coaching. Low cost option to either try tennis for the first time or practice what you are learning in coaching.
Hotshots Coaching – Tactical and technical coaching. Learning how to play while playing.
Interschool Interclub – Play for your school team. Learn to play competition in a fun environment.
Holiday Training Camps – Big group fun and games in the holidays.
All based around learning through play.

Junior coaching is currently on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at Tahunanui and Thursday at Wakapuaka. Adult coaching groups, technical coaching on Friday and Saturday morning and a cardio sessions on Thursday mornings at Tahunanui. Wakapuaka has an adult technical session on Thursday afternoon. Private lessons are available right through the week. I also offer hitting to anyone that just wants someone to hit against.

REVOLV PRO SHOP
Our new equipment provider is Revolv Pro Shop based in the Nelson Squash Club at Nelson Lawns Tennis Club. You can get restrings, buy shoes, clothes, try and buy racquets. They have very competitive prices. I will have a demo bag with all of the new Wilson racquets for the 2017/18 season very soon. You can contact me if you have any questions.

IMPROVING ENDURANCE, STRENGTH and FLEXIBILITY
At suz4tennis I am offering a broader approach to fitness. We tend to run around and play sport and then all of a sudden wonder why we are feeling niggles or have to stop playing because of an injury. It is very normal for us to have aches and pains, at any age, but it is how we prevent them from turning into anything serious that is the key.
Stretching and Flexibility are a crucial part of preventing injuries. To give you the best opportunity to excel at your chosen sport, and to stay active, add stretching and flexibility to your training regime.
